So when I first got this game it worked and it was fun. After one of the OS updates this game now crashes as soon as you get to the main screen. Very disappointing that we cannot play it. Do not buy this game it will be a waste of your money until they decide to make an update so the game will work. And since this has been a problem for months I dont think it will happen :(.

Im so disappointed. I thought after over a year the crashing bug would be fixed. It wasnt. Now going to have to ask apple for a refund. This is a terrible bug in the game and I dont understand why it hasnt been fixed

Please fix! I cant get past the main screen without it closing! Waste of money!! :-/

Great game but played it once and now it just crashes as soon as I try to open it. Sooo...will this ever be fixed????

Janes Hotel used to be one of my favorite games but now it crashes. Im not trying to be mean but PLESE fix the Game. Ive seen the other reviews and they dont look good. If you dint want your company to crash you might want to fix it.

This game used to be awesome but now it crashes as soon as I get to the home menu. Dont waste your money because its been 2 years and they still havent fixed it.

I love this game thats why I was willing to pay $3 which i dont think its really worth like $2 would have been better but forget the price. Everytime I open to the main menu it crashes and the only way to fix it is to delete the game and get it back but it starts over again when I close out than go back so what Im trying to say is FIX THE CRASHES or I will not be buying anymore of your games and I think other people agree with me!!!

I love these games! However in the first Janes Hotel, as soon as I get to the start up menu, the game crashes and shuts me off of it! PLEASE FIX!

I used to love this game. now its not working. Its always crashing!!!

I love this game--BUT the game wont reopen once I exit it. This means I have to remove the game, reload it from the App Store, and start over. Again. Fix this problem, and Ill give the game 5 stars.

Love this game but it crashes at the loading after I stop playing the first time. I have to keep deleting and reinstalling to get it to work and that always starts me all the way over. Its very frustrating so I stopped trying to play

I paid good money for this games and it was a lot of fun until I shut it off and then tried to continue playing later on. It wont load!! It just takes me right back to the home screen. Fix the bug and Ill raise my rating or give me a REFUND!

This game keeps crashing!!!!!!! The last review was back in 2012 and apparently you all have not fixed it yet. I want a refund. Will be contacting ITunes. I do love the game. Soooo please fix it ASAP.

I just go tot the introduction of the game then all of a sudden it starts to crash please fix it.

I love this game but when it crashes all the time is kinda annoying. Please fix! Otherwise give me my money back!
