Fix them.

I love the game but every time it gets to the main menu it crashes

I used to love this game. But now, I cant play it unless I re-download it before every start-up (which means that I lose all of my progress). I paid for this app and it should, most certainly, allow me to play it.

Spent three dollars on a game that doesnt even work...felling irritated and robbed something needs to be done about this game immediately because people been complaining since 2011

I love this game and Ive played it multiple times. But it keeps crashing! Please fix the crashing!

Love it until level 10 when it shuts down... What is it? Janes hotel 2 doesnt work at all and this closes at level 10. Are you kidding me?! Fix it please, I have an iPhone 6+

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I got to play it maybe three times before it crashed and now it wont let me play at all. I shouldnt have to pay for this.

This game was fun while it lasted. Then I couldnt even get it to stay open! I download it to play. Go in once and play a few levels, then lets say I have to go to sleep or work. It never stays open more than a few seconds. I have to delete, reinstall, and start over in order for it to work! I would literally have to complete the entire game in one sitting if I wanted to get through it. That is absolutely insane, and if this company has a shred of decency, they will refund my wasted money immediately.

I just brought game for $3.00 and opened it one time and got ready to play and it crashed and ever since then itll load up to the part where it says G5 and gets to where it starts loading and then boom it crashes it does nothing but crash crash crash crash please fix I spent some money on this and I really like this game thx!!!!????

Yup. Still doesnt work. Got it in 2012, now its 2015. Still broke. Fix your game. 7-8 I tried the game again. Still not fixed. FIX THIS GAME! I want to play it. This game was really fun while I was playing it, but when I took a break and shut it down....thats when the fun was over. I can no longer open this app. It crashes at the main menu. I see that this has been a problem since 2012. Wow. I cant believe the developer hasnt addressed this issue. FIX IT.

It is a great game but when you go farther into it, it starts to crash. I cant even play it anymore. But when it worked it was a great game.

This would be great and I would give it five stars if I could play it. I play a few levels, close out the app, and then it crashes every time I open it again. I have to delete and reinstall the game then start all over. If it is maybe because the app isnt supported on the newest iOS, then it shouldnt be listed for sale or should say that it isnt compatible. Refund my money or update the game please! It sounds like this has been an issue for years, and I wish I had seen that before I spent money.

The first Jane and Jane 2 are not working. It loads, but before you get to the main screen it closes. Thats the first Jane, the second Jane gets to the main screen, I was even able to choose a name, then it freezes and wont let me tap any of the buttons. I paid for both games, & since neither work I want my money back‼️‼️
